I was quite shocked to see the negative reviews here, we have used Lotus multiple times and never had a bad experience. Food is extremely tasty and service always great. Last time we ordered we had the meal for 4 and everybody really enjoyed it and thought it was excellent value for money. I really do recommend giving it a try

Had a fabulous vegetarian meal for two. Freshly cooked and excellent selection of delicious dishes. The restaurant area would benefit from dimmer lighting and maybe a little decoration to give it more atmosphere.

Ordered takeaway to be delivered to a carpark as we're visiting area in a motorhome. Arrived on time and couldn't be faulted. Everything hot tasty plentyful and cooked well. Most enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place and will use again if in the area.

Been living area 7 years. Order frequently. Never let down. Thank you. Always amazing food. Ordered and delivered within 20 minutes, fresh, piping hot and always earlier than expected and friendly drivers. Enough food for 3 meals. Well worth it. Thanks again.

Very nice food and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's steps into it so not the best for disabled access and no parking, but there is delivery service.

*UPDATE* 24.09.20 ... REVIEW FOR 3RD DELIVERY, received about 15 mins ago. I LOVE THIS PLACE.... again delivered super fast, hot, fresh and has to be hands down the BEST chinese takeaway I have ever had in the UK in 23 years. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I love that I can rely on you to consistently deliver the best quality any time. It's taken me literally 23 years to find a Chinese restaurant I can rely on regularly, so done without Chinese for many many years. Now I'm addicted again. Reminds me of home. Thank you !! Review for 21st August and my first order from Lotus Chinese in Tewkesbury. Ordered a little of everything starter wise like mixed platter for 2, deep fried won tons, crispy prawn dumpings and prawn crackers. It was delivered hot, fresh and early by friendly driver. Food amazing! Wish I found you 3 years ago! Will be back often thank you!

Had a fabulous meal in the new restaurant. We chose the banquet meal for 2 which was delicious. The food was quality, great portions. The staff were very attentive, friendly, helpful and made the night.
